Chapter 20 Creating ActiveX Clients

Upgrading version 2.0 clients

Clients developed for Jaguar 2.0 can be adapted to run in this version by following the steps below:

1. Run the client installer on the ActiveX client machine. For information about running the client installer, see the Enterprise Application Server Installation Guide for Windows or the Enterprise Application Studio Installation Guide for Windows.
2. Regenerate and reregister .tlb and .reg files for the components that the ActiveX client uses.
