Appendix A Executing Methods As Stored Procedures

Jaguar's Methods As Stored Procedures (MASP) interface allows component methods to be executed as if they were database stored procedures.

The MASP interface allows you to invoke Jaguar methods from any front-end tool that can execute Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise stored procedures. Server component developers can also use isql and the MASP interface to quickly test methods.

Sybase Open Client Client-Library and ODBC must be correctly configured to use MASP.
